5. (adj.) one who is empowered to vote or appoint
6. (adj.) one who has the authority to revise a constitution
7. (adj.) composing or forming something
 USAGE EXAMPLE 1 :
 Milk is a constituent of a healthy breakfast.

 USAGE EXAMPLE 2 :
 His mobile phone and Blackberry were seized and his Parliamentary email account - used by many of his 75,000 constituents to communicate with their MP - had been suspended.
